1. Before paving the road, the paver should be cleaned to prevent the original black asphalt from being polluted.

2. The supporting surface under the colored pavement should be clean and smooth, and the thin oil prepared with light-colored cementing materials should be painted into a viscous oil before being coated with colored asphalt concrete.

3. During the spreading process, if there is serious pollution, segregation, and color difference of the mixture, it should be removed.

4. The paving temperature of colored asphalt concrete is 140~150℃, the pressure temperature starts at 135~145℃, and the pressure temperature is not lower than 80℃.

5. Use 10~12 T rolling, and scrub the roller before rolling.

Open traffic

1. The colored hot-mixed asphalt concrete pavement should be completely cooled naturally, and the traffic can be opened only after the concrete surface temperature is lower than 50℃. When the traffic needs to be opened in advance, water can be sprayed to cool the concrete temperature.

2. After construction and before traffic, pay attention to prevent soil, debris and other pollution. If it happens, delete it immediately. After the construction, the traffic should be closed for 2~6h, and all vehicles and pedestrians are prohibited from passing.
